These double balcony sliding doors have several issues.

• The balcony doors consist of two sliding panels, with the handles and locks placed on the outer side of the frame. 
• Both sliding panels sit on separate tracks.
• Looking at the doors from inside, the right hand panels wheels that are damaged beyond repair.
• The track that this door sits on has also been damaged beyond repair.
• Both the track and the wheel carriages of the right hand door panel will need to be replaced.
• Also the underside of the track has lowered considerably, this has caused both door panels to lower to the point of almost falling out from the top.
• The underside of the tracks will need to be raised and aligned to a safe level and then stabilised with packers
