This is a traditional aluminium sliding patio door which is over 15 years old in Harpenden AL5. The wheels are damaged and so The track has also become damaged because of the damaged wheels being dragged back and forth overtime. The wheels and the track will need to be replaced so that the door can be realigned allowing it to slide and lock in the correct position.
