Sliding Balcony door with damaged rolling mechanism needing to be replaced

This Hautau Garant Tilt and Slide Balcony door had got to the point where it was extremely difficult to open and when it opened was almost impossible to close without lots of jiggling around and sometimes not even that worked. The new owner of the flat had inherited the sliding balcony doors with the problem. The rollers at the bottom (also known as bogies) and the track needed to be replaced and the sliding door was aligned to close smoothly.
