Bi-folding door damaged rollers

When a Bifolding door begins to drag along at the bottom when attempting to open. There can be many different things that can cause this.

When repairing or replacing top hung rollers, they have to be removed out of the tracks usually by making a cut.  In some cases the by folding doors are manufactured in a way that there is access to the top rollers but this is also dependent on the way the doors and the top track have been installed into the frame.
