On this Balcony tilt and slide door in Gants Hill on the side link rail which connects to the handle gearing has cracked and become disconnected. So when turning the handle only the upper section of the link rail is connecting and moving whereas the below section is remaining static. The link rail section will need to be replaced so that the handle can be connected, so when it turns up and down the gearing around the door can again move in unison.
