Apartment balcony door with tilt and slide door mechanism replaced, due to worn sliding mechanism.

This door opens out to the balcony and runs parallel the the track. The door was failing to close back into the closed position. Once the runners were replaced, the door was re-aligned and mechanisms greased for smooth operation.
